SURPRISE WINNERS. This year’s edition of the celebrated local music event witnessed the emergence of young talents taking home some of the major awards.
Acoustic artist Julianne finally achieves the recognition she deserves by bagging the Best Performance by a New Female Recording Artist and Best Performance by a Female Recording Artist for her debut album Grateful and the single, “Tulak ng Bibig.”
